Sia Flipping Loz Feliz Home After Owning For Only Four Months

That didn’t take long. Quirky Australian singer-songwriter Sia recently listed her idiosyncratic Loz Feliz digs for $4.995 million. The unusual yet sophisticated home seemed like the perfect fit for the creative singer, but based on her quick listing, it would seem not.

You can consider it a flip of sorts, considering the fact that the ‘Elastic Heart’ singer just bought it over four months ago.

Along with her new husband, documentary filmmaker Erik Anders Lang, Sia dished out $4.7 million for the impressive architectural home the celebrity-loaded area of L.A.

The strange yet marvelous home was designed by renowned architect AF Leicht based on Mediterranean Revival, and was constructed in the mid-1920s. Measuring 5,161 square feet, the home boasts unique interior decor, such as highly intricate woodwork, arched ceilings and doorways, vintage light fixtures, and stained-glass murals.

While the home was built over seven decades ago, it’s since been gloriously restored and updated. Since it was last sold in for $3.3 million in 2012, the renovations were likely done long before Sia grabbed the home in June.

The 5-bedrooms, 4.5-bathroom mansion starts off with a rotunda entry, which then spills into a formal dining room, and a comfortable eat-in kitchen with a terrace that features fantastic canyon and city views. The master suite features a secluded balcony and luxurious soaking tub. Six fireplaces are scattered all over the 5,000+ s.f. palace.

A tour of the home will also reveal a unique purple-tiled bathroom, a den/office, a library/study, a separate billiards/game room with a bar on the lower level, and an out-of-this-world sunken living room that offers incredible panoramic views of the property.

Speaking of which, the one-third of an acre yard is filled with lush terraced gardens that are riddled with tiled walkways and curved staircases that lead to a private pool. Keep strolling and you’ll stumble upon a lovely flowing river adorned with statues.

Sia is no stranger to California real estate action. The ’Titanium’ singer also owns a pad in Palm Springs, which she bought for $1.646 million in 2013. Couple this with the 1930s bungalow in Echo Lake that she bought in 2012 for $900,000.

One thing’s for certain: every home she owns will certainly have a Chandelier hanging in it.
