It’s rare to find realtors who are not only great negotiators, but are also kind and respectful during the process. This helped make everyone feel heard, while getting us through the escrow process with a positive outcome. Doug and Erin assisted us through the entire process with staging, bids, and excellent advice related to pricing and preparing our home for the market. They’re marketing and open houses helped get us multiple offers even as the market is slowing. We will hire them again and recommend them to our friends.

I first met Doug back in 2006. He sold our first home for us and helped us buy a new one. I recently decided to buy another home, and Doug, being my realtor for life, was the man who did it for me! I don’t consider him to be just a realtor. He’s a true friend! I was sad that we parted ways back in 2006, and we are now keeping up a friendship with him and his wife, Erin. Doug is more interested in the right fit for families than making a sale. He has integrity. He has fought for me more than once and strongly negotiates for a low price. However, I can’t imagine anyone going against Doug because he has so much charisma. That is probably why he always wins when negotiating. Writing this review after a quiet a bit of time after getting the house. Excuse me for that ! But remembering and writing this would speak for itself on the treatment we got or rather still getting from Doug & Erin. When we first met Doug and Erin, we were planning to buy our first home and start a family as we recently got married. It was a blessing to meet these folks who had a through knowledge of the housing market and on the mortgage side as well. We almost looked at 40 houses before coming down to one and there was not a dull moment. Both of them were so patient and helpful in making us understand on what we would be needing and what s out there. The response time was great and they were so flexible with the appointments and meet ups which helped us to go around looking for more and more houses. Their Negotiation skills were also top-notch and we definitely got a great deal. On a final note, Erin and Doug are THE guys in Orange county!!
